Marketplace installs versioned CRM configuration templates into an organization: roles, custom fields, tags, pipelines, activity types, lost reasons, email templates, quick replies, and forms.

Private templates stay visible to the author. Public templates appear in the catalog only after AchieveApex approval.

Updates keep local changes unless you choose to apply the template version.
