Delete a contact by ID. This is a soft delete that sets the deleted_at field.

Note on Contact Deletion
When a contact is deleted, the system performs a soft delete by setting the deleted_at timestamp. The contact will no longer appear in standard queries but remains in the database for record-keeping purposes.
