When a message fails to deliver through a messaging channel, the platform returns an error code that explains why. This section documents all recognized error codes, what they mean, and how to resolve them.
How error codes work
Each messaging platform (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger) uses its own set of error codes. When a message fails, AchieveApex captures the error code from the platform and displays a friendly explanation in your conversation view. You can click "View details" on any failed message to find the corresponding documentation page here.
Tip: Error codes are categorized as Sender (your account configuration), Recipient (the contact's side), or Platform (the messaging platform itself). This helps you quickly understand whether the issue is something you can fix.
